Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping
- We are currently shipping to Canada and USA only. International shipping will be available in the future.
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes
Custom Fees
USA orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. N&E Candle Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping cost and time
- We offer $10.00 CND flat rate shipping with in Canada.
- We offer $10.00 USD flat rate shipping to USA.
- All parcels are sent by standard Canada Post or UPS unless you upgraded your shipping method at check out.

Environmentally Conscious
N&E Candle Shop will do our best to operate with environmentally conscious. We will try to produce as little paper waste as we can. Our package will not include invoices, a candle care card ( this information is available on our website) or a thank you card.
