Return & Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the candles must be UNBURNT and containing all packaging. Please Notes: the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- To start a return, you can contact us at necandleshop@gmail.com. Your subject line should say " RETURN ORDER" We will provide detail of where you can send the return products. Once we received the return products, we will inspect and determined if refund approved or not.
- If an item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong items, please contact us immediately with proof of photo so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- There will be no return or refund on sale items
What we are not liable for
- Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade, so it will have slight variations from batch to batch such as wax filled line are over a bit or under a bit. Also there are some natural defects such as little scratches on the vessel that will not effect the performance of the product. For these reasons, it will NOT be qualify for returns or refund.
- Due to the nature of our products (soy wax candles) when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time, it will melt. If your packages are left outside or inside a mail box during hot season, our candles could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage. Please arrange to have your order delivered to location that your order does not sit in a hot heat.
